My ultimate goal is to capture how your day felt through images. Each of my packages is creative and unique to you, your partner, and your wedding day… and includes me (yay!). If you’re ready to get started, let’s meet up, chat and get this party started!

How many hours do we get you for on our wedding day?

All of my wedding packages include unlimited hours of photography coverage on your wedding day. It’s your day, and my sole focus is to capture every ounce of love, laughter, and tears that were poured into the celebration of your love. It’s super important to me because long after the dances end, the cake is eaten, and the dress is preserved you’ll look to those images to capture not only the big moments that everyone saw, but also the images that are exclusively unique to you and all of your loved ones.

We’re not used to taking photos together. What’s your style?

I’m super adaptable, and I cater my shoots to make everybody look their best. I mainly focus on a candid portrait style that involves a lot of interaction between you and your partner. I want to capture the love that you share in a genuine way that is entirely your own. There is very little time spent looking at me. You’re crushed, I know ;)

Can we send you a Pinterest board?

While we can use a tiny bit of them as inspiration, those images aren’t your day, they might not be my images, and probably aren’t how I capture and create memories. I have years of experience to prove that I know what I’m doing and my job is all about making this process as easy on you as possible. So, let me help you create images and moments that are genuinely you, and then you just focus on the PARTAAAAYYYY and having the best day ever!

When Is the best time to start photos?

Every wedding is different, which means every timeline is different! Before your event, I’ll sit down with you to create a photography timeline catered specifically to your day. This allows you to get all the images you want while catering to your wants/needs on the day itself.

How many photos do we receive?

I have no photo limit on the amount of photos I deliver to you! You can expect between 30-70 images for engagement sessions and between 220-470 images for weddings.

What is a travel elopement?

Travel elopements are awesome! If you want to get married in an intimate setting that means a lot to you and your boo or someplace new, you’ve got yourself a travel elopement. The modern definition of “eloping” is a broad term and can encompass a multitude of scenarios– getting married in secrecy, a ceremony for the two of you followed by a party back home, or a small destination wedding with your closest family and friends. We’ll work together to create a day that embodies you and your love, and capture memories that you’ll look back on forever.

When should we expect to receive our photos?

All of the edited images will be uploaded to your online gallery 12-14 weeks after your wedding date. 

Do we have printing rights to the images?

YES, absolutely! You’ll receive a print release to the images. You can choose to purchase prints on your own if you don’t wish to make print orders through your online gallery. 

Do your delivered images come with your watermark on them?

I do not watermark any images that are sent to you. Instead, all I ask is that you tag me and/or give me photo credit in any posts that you create on any social media platform.

Is an engagement session included in the wedding package?

All of my wedding packages include an engagement session. I think it’s an important experience to have one-on-one time with the couple. This helps build an expectation and an anticipation level for the wedding day itself!

Is there a travel fee?

Any wedding/elopement that is more than five hours away from Cedar Rapids, IA will have travel fees associated, based on what’s needed. This could potentially include accommodations, flights, and rental vehicle.

What does it cost?

My travel elopement packages start at $3,000 and my wedding packages start at $3,900. Half of the total is in the form of a non-refundable retainer which is paid the same time as the contract signing in order to lock-in your date. The full total is to be paid before the wedding day, and personalized payment plans are available.
